Mr. Anthony aggressively advocates on behalf of clients in litigation matters involving a wide variety of business, real estate, and construction issues. He has successfully served as lead counsel in complex litigation matters before juries and arbitrators, including several construction arbitrations through the American Arbitration Association, and has briefed and argued appeals in the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mr. Anthony has extensive experience handling general business disputes, business partnership disputes, business fraud cases, collection matters, real estate failure to disclose and breach of contract matters, correcting real estate title issues and easement issues, drafting and negotiating contracts for subcontractors and general contractors, enforcing or defending mechanic’s liens, construction delay claims, construction defect claims, construction bond claims, and registrar of contractor complaints.
